If I consider the previous year data .Then you have moderate chances of getting admission in any of the  private colleges in maharashtra even  through state quota .If you are from a reserved category then you can even get admission in a goverment medical college .
The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
