I am from Assam and I have scored 411 in NEET 2019...is there any chance of me getting a medical seat in Tripura...govt. or private?

As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
The state quota admission is given to students who have domicile of that state. So, as you belong to Assam therefore you can not take admission in Tripura through state quota. So you better go for college in your state.
