If you have scored only 44 in NEET 2019 then I don't think you have qualified the exam abd without qualifying the exam noone is eligible to get admission. So you will not be able to get admission with this score. You should prepare better for next year's NEET exam.

You have scored very less marks in the entrance exam.with this marks you have not even qualified the exam.you can not get admission in any medical or dental college with this mark.
If you are really up for puranon a career in medical science then i suggest you to prepare again for the exam.put all your efforts and score well.
