Both have their different cuttoff..

It's very difficult to say about any government college or I should say no chance of government college in telangana or Andhra Pradesh..

But  you can get private college in both telangana and andhra Pradesh..

As of now its tough to say which colleeg you can get because the cutoff changes every year with colleges and this year the cutoff went high.so with previous year analysis wecan findyour possibiites into colleges. but in telangana the cutoff dint go that high so yes with the score you got and category you have chances to get into mbbs colleges maybe not govt but private medical colleges.for furthur info check the following links:
