I scored 507 in neet ug 2019.can i get mbbs at govt medical college thiruvananthapuram under sc category?

Previous year cut off in GMC Thiruvananthapuram, was 450 marks or 44421 closing rank for SC category. Therefore, based on your marks scored in NEET, there are high chances for you to get admission.

But different from last year there is huge change in rank-mark relation. I have scored 507,gen rank 45000 and category (sc) rank 1200.still any chance to get thiruvananthapuram gmc? Or a gmc clg in Kerala?please help me out.
