Hello,
To be eligible for admission into NITs IIITs and GFTIs and also to be eligible for JEE Advanced, you need to score minimum 75% in your class 12 boards if you are from general category (65% for ST/SC/OBC category) or be in the top 20 percentile of your respective boards.
As you have appeared for your class 12 in The year 2019, so you can appear for JEE Mains and JEE Advanced 2020. Also, you can appear for JEE mains 2021 but you cannot appear for JEE Advanced 2021 as you can only appear for three consecutive attempts for jee mains and two consecutive attempts for JEE Advanced. The first attempt being the year you first appeared for your boards , ie , 2019 in your case.

From this year only there is no barrier of 12th board on JEE Mains and Advance. So you are eligible for that, and this has been finalized by our Education Minister. But as per last year criterion the minimum requirement was 75%.
