I am afraid but I don't think that with this percentile of yours ,you will get any college. As your percentage in +2 is quite less, so I would suggest you to drop one year or go for a private college like chitkara, Chandigarh University, rayat bahra institute etc. Don't lose hope as this situation isnt permanent you can anyhow change this situation .
