As per your question, according to your jee marks your percentile would be around 90.4 as pe NTA officials and your rank would be around 82k also as you belongs to ST category you are qualified as well. Honestly you will not be able to get in good NITs but you can NITs where you can have your degree and placed in top organizations. So here are some of the Nits and IIITs you can get in like :-

1) NIT bhopal with an average placement package of 7LPA

2) NIT calicut with an average package of 6LPA

3) NIT allahabad  with an average package of 9LPA

4) NIT assam with an average package of 5LPA

5) IIIT Hyderabad with an average package of 6LPA

Also keep in mind these NITS ,and IIITs cutoff may also differ as per vacant seats,rounds and latest cutoffs decided by NTA.
