I hope you are doing fine, First of all congrats for securing 123 Rank in OJEE. You have good chances of getting a seat in a government college for MCA.

The possible colleges in which you can get a admission are-

Fakirmohan University, Balasore.
Khalikote college, khalikot.
North Odisha University.
