Hello dear
You haven't mentioned your category,  so I am assuming that you are from general category and if you are from general category then dear sorry to tell you but 310 marks is not enough for you to get a mbbs / bds seat  in any government medical college.
thankyou
Please feel free to ask your further queries if any.
