You have scored good but it is not enough to get a government mbbs seat in Karnataka through all India quota. Last year the opening marks for mbbs under all India quota in Karnataka for general category were542 and for St/sc 422.

So it seems difficult to get that seat. 

You can get government dental or private mbbs through your state quota. Apply for your state quota counselling.

In 2018, last SC candidate to get admission in government medical college through All India Quota in karnataka had a score of 422 and got Shimoga Institute of Medical Sciences, Shimoga. This year's cutoffs are expected to be quite high than previous year. So clearly you cannot get admission in government medical college through All India Quota in Karnataka .
