I'm sorry to mention here that with the 395 marks you don't have much chances of getting a MBBS or BDS seat in Telangana.

As you should know that this year the cut offs has been at high level so it is quite difficult you to get seat with 395 marks and even you did not mention your category here.

But I suggest you to try in counseling rounds may be you will get somewhere but the chances are so negative.

Don't loose hope dear you can keep trying to achieve your goal even though the financial conditions are not in our hand.

You need to atleast get 450+ for MBBS seat and 430+ for BDS if you want to b at safer site you need to get more for better college.
