As per the last year cut off the marks at which a student ( belonging to unreserved category) was alloted a MBBS in seat in Maharashtra was around 490 marks. As your marks is above it so you might get a seat.

But seeing this year cut off it can't be said with complete surety whether or not the cut off for Maharashtra state domicile quota will go down this year or not.
