Hello Kotra,

Yes definitely,you have secured a good rank in GITAM GAT exam 2019.You can definitely get a seat in CSE branch.You score a good rank enough to get computer science and engineering.For previous year the closing rank to get CSE were around 7000.Therefore there are chances to get CSE this year for you also.Your postion of ranking under the required rank to get CSE.
