As per the cutoffs released for various categories for qualifying to JEE advanced from JEE mains the cutoff for general category is fixed at 89.75 percentile. Anyone securing a percentile equal to or greater than the cutoff for their category is eligible for JEE advanced. Since your percentile is less than the cutoff you are, unfortunately, not eligible for JEE advanced.
