Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you yes you can certainly apply for D.U but you don't need to apply for individual colleges only one form for D.U you have to fill. You have secured a really good score in your exams.

To get admission in BA (psychology), you have to calculate best of four aggregates.

Because you are changing stream, 2.5% of best of 4 aggregates will be deducted. Then you can check cut-off lists according to that percentage.
