Dear Ajith, you needn't submit your OBC NCL certificate duting appearing for your exam. You will need it only during appearing for counselling. You still have a month and half to go for it and you have sufficient time left for it. So once the NEET results have been declared and NEET final merit list has been released, if you qualify you can appear for counselling and that is when you will need the OBC NCL certificate. For now just go ahead and concentrate on the exam.
