Dear Vishal, if you have spent the maximum no. of your academic years in Uttar Pradesh and you are a Permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh, then you are eligible for State Quota from UP in NEET PG. Candidates who have passed/completed MBBS from a College/Institution that is not in Uttar Pradesh are also eligible for UP PG Medical admission.
