As you have studied you Std x from Andhra pradesh and being there for more than ten years you will be considered as resident of Andhra pradesh .

Hence by law you must be having Andhra pradesh domicile so you will be able for AP State counseling .

According to criteria The candidate should be considered eligible for a state counseling if the candor one of his parents had lived in that particular state for more than ten years .
