As your percentage is very low for DU to get any hons courses in DU but you should try any other college .. but if you belong to any ither caste category then if you will get any chance to get a hons subject in DU

If you are getting 90%+ in 12th cbse examination then you will get any one of honours which you want but if you less than 90 I might be very difficult to get it

85 to 90% in CBSE exam for 12th is not less .if u match the eligibility criteria for honours in physics or chemistry or maths then you are already one step ahead for your selection.
Now all you need to do is keep yourself updated on Delhi University cut offs .you may not get these courses in first , second or third cut offs but you will surely get them in somewhat 5-8th cutoffs for sure.
always keep a look at the cut tops on the very day it is release and go to the colleges as desired by you for the courses that you are interested to enroll in .
