Yes, it will be possible for you to take admission in DU for the undergraduate course as you have mentioned BA (Hons) Economics. You have to score aggregate 45% marks in your higher secondary from any recognized board in order to be eligible for the admission process.

No if you don't have had mathematics in class 12th boards then you are not eligible for admissions to the Bachelor's in economics honours course offered by the university of Delhi, New Delhi. You can not apply for admissions as you are not fulfilling the basic eligibility criteria.
You can apply to other Universities/colleges who don't have mathematics being in their eligibility criteria mentioning.
