As you are seeking admission in BPT course offered by Topiwala Medical College, Mumbai so you don't need to appear for MHT CET but you need to appear for NEET UG because admission to BPT course in Maharashtra is only offered on the basis of NEET UG score and counselling is done by State CET cell on the basis of NEET UG score.

So first of all you will have to appear for NEET UG and qualify it with decent marks and then you will have to register for state counselling of Maharashtra for BPT course on the basis of your NEET UG score of that year then you will be allotted seat as per your preferences and NEET UG score.
