For admission in B.Tech program in Delhi University you need to attempt the Entrance Test (DUET), which is postponed for now (2020). Specifically there is one institution offering BTech, that is Cluster Innovation Centre (CIC), North Campus, Delhi university.

Also Netaji Subhash University if Technology is also affiliated to DU, but has different admission process through JEE Mains.
