Hey Abhinaya

Since you are from Chennai(Tamil Nadu) you will not be eligible for the state level neet counselling for Karnataka but you will be eligible for the seats in Karnataka medical colleges via All India Quota.

To participate in Karnata State Counselling in NEET you will require the domicile of Karnataka (you will have to have the domicile certificate) otherwise just opt for Karnataka seats in AIQ.
