The University offers more than 30 degree programmes in various fields of Engineering, Management, Commerce, Sciences, Arts, etc. The application process of NEHU Shillong is completely online.

Admission in various courses are given based on the merit list of various State/ National level entrance examinations like MAT, JEE Mains, GATE etc. GATE has conducted in February as scheduled but many national level entrance exam hasn't been conducted due COVID 19.
