For admission to the courses, candidates have to follow the NEHU Shillong admission criteria, which is different for different courses. For B.A. L.L.B (H) programme, candidates have to appear for a written test. NEHU admission for B.Tech and B.Arch programme, candidates have to appear for JEE Main for B.Tech and NATA for B.Arch. NEHU Shillong UG Admission 2024

B.A. L.L.B (H) is a five-year full-time integrated programme, B.Tech is a four-year full-time undergraduate programme and a five-year full-time B.Arch programme are the NEHU Shillong UG courses. Candidates are advised to meet the eligibility requirements as determined by the university.

NEHU Shillong B.A.L.L.B(H) Admission Process

• Candidates have to first meet the eligibility criteria.

• After that, candidates have to fill out the university application form.

• Candidates have to appear for a written test conducted by the university.

NEHU Shillong B.Arch Admission Process

• After the declaration of the result, the cutoff will be released.

NEHU Shillong M.Tech Admission Process

• First, meet the eligibility criteria.

• Second, appear for GATE.

• Third, the result will be declared and the cutoff will be released.

• Fourth, candidates will be selected on the basis of merit scores of GATE.

• Fifth, if there are insufficient GATE-qualified candidates, then the vacant seats will be filled through the university entrance exam.

• Sixth, candidates appearing for the university entrance exam will be selected on the basis of merit scores of the entrance test.

• Seventh, selected candidates have to submit the documents and pay the fees.

NEHU Shillong M.B.A. Admission Process

• Candidates have to meet the eligibility criteria.

• Next, they have to appear for MAT, conducted by the All India Management Association.

• Fill out the university application form.

• After that, candidates have to appear for group discussions and personal interviews.

• The ratio of the candidates to be called for group discussion and personal interview to the number of seats will be 3:1.

• Candidates will be selected on the basis of the aggregate percentage of MAT score (80% weightage), group discussion (10% weightage) and personal interview (10% weightage).

• Finally, selected candidates have to submit the documents and pay the fees.
