See, you just have to show your migration certificate at the time of admission in college. So if you are sure that yes, you can get a medical college then tell your college authorities that you want to leave the college and they will give you the migration certificate.

I suggest you to surrender your bsc college seat, only and only after you are sure that you are getting a college.
First you should prepare for Neet ug 2022
Here are some tips for it:

• Prepare mind maps for revising diagrams in biology and revising formulas in chemistry and physics
  
• Prepare a schedule to manage both your college and Neet preparation
  
• You can join test series to give tests regularly and note down all your mistakes and work on it.

After you gave your neet exam, then result comes, fill up for counseling.
When you get any medical college, then leave your previous college.
