Sorry to stay . But you have to compromise your 1 year if you want to be computer engineer.
Other way is you can go for bsc in computer science then after your graduation you can apply for b.tech computer engineering as a lateral student or you can prepare your self this 1 year then give jee and get good marks and addmission in iit or nit.
Other wish there are many privet college take student with there exam as a managment cota but its quite expensive and not maintain na rules. So better you take 1 year preparation or get addmission in bsc in computer science.
