I would like to tell you that being a fresher, you will be enrolled to a full time regular MBA course which means that you will be attending college on regular timings. So, practically it becomes very difficult to do a night shift job along with your full time MBA. The provision of doing MBA along with job is open for those candidates who enroll themselves in MBA executive program. For that you need to have minimum 2 years of work experience. In short, you can go for either job or MBA to get the best results among the two.
