Dear Rahim, DGHS will release the merit list of students qualified for the Stray Vacancy round in 1:10 ratio. For example, for every 1 seat available, 10 candidates will  be shortlisted and sent to the respective college by DGHS. And the admissions are done purely on the basis of merit. This list is uploaded on the official website. Please check mcc.nic.in for your name in the merit list. And this round is also conducted online and you needn't visit the college.
