Ofcourse you can join but before that you need to fulfil some criteria to join it.They are as follows:

• Percentage requirement in graduation ranges from 50% to 60%.
• Percentage range in  XII (12th / Inter) exams must also be 50% to 60%.
• Students must have Mathematics as a subject either in graduation or have passed XII with Mathematics.

You can give exams  like:

NIMCET is a national level Entrance Exam to get admission for MCA course in various NITs.

There are other State level entrance tests, while a few reputed colleges conduct their own entrance exams to evaluate performance of the students.

You can go with any of these.
