Sahin hans what is the difference between Aiims and NEET.

Sahin hans Aims and neet both are the entrance exam for medical colleges. Aims is bit tougher than neet. In Aims general knowledge questions is also asked while in neet only subject related questions are asked. In Aims exam 200 questions have to be answered in 3.5 hrs while in NEET exam 180 questions is to be answered in 3 hrs.

Is there any way for admission ud if I don't meet the cut off criteria. Any exam held by kirori mal college for admission?? For b.com prog..
