A Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, is a Bachelor's degree awarded for an undergraduate course or program in the Information technology field. The degree is normally required in order to work in the Information technology industry.
About opportunities you are more likely to get a job as you have already learned what companies need. Companies will have to give you little training. But will have to give an intense training to an engineering fresher.
