Hello.
UPES and PDPU both are similar in terms of infrastructure and campus area, if it is about curriculum of petroleum engineering course then PDPU comes first instead of UPES, while all the facilities are provided by both , if it comes to the experience then UPES is established before then pdpu, if overall I would say then both are similar but still if you are searching for best then UPSC comes quite above.
