Both the field are good. Msc in cebs is for basic science while mbbs is a professional course. The scope of both the stream is different . In mbbs you have to treatment on the human while msc is very scientific field with branch of life science. It is very difficult to compare between these two fields as both the field are nice with different approach and opportunities. So select one as per your interest.
