As of now, Madhya Pradesh Bhoj(Open) University admission for UG programme is open till 15th September, 2019. You can visit the admission portal of MPBOU regarding this-

https://mpbou.mponline.gov.in/Portal/services_bhoj.aspx

You can try that, or you can enroll in January 2020 cycle of IGNOU, for which forms will be out by the end of this year.
