I was complete my Diploma in IT from Gujarat State so, m i eligible for BTECT Lateral Entry Throughout TSECET exam.

Hello,
Yes you can apply to it.
But the problem here is during the counselling you will not get your homestate benifits and reservations if you belongs to BC or SC or ST Category.
So you need to be depend on your own talent.
So prepare well for the exam and give your best with it.

Can i not take direct addmission without giving any entrance exam ?

No you cannot.
But you can get through management quota for which you need to pay money to admission which would be high in cost according to the reputation of the college.
