I am sorry to say but with your rank it is difficult for you to get a seat in the best colleges of Bhubaneswar. But don't worry. Cutoffs vary every year due to multiple factors such as paper difficulty level, no of students appearing for the exam and counselling, course and college demands etc. So apply for the counselling and try your best.
