Yes definitely you can apply in both the colleges for BJMC (Bachelor's of journalism and mass communication).

For IPU(Indraprastha University) , you just need to have minimum 50% in 12th with English as a mandatory subject.

And, to apply in DJU(Delhi School of Journalism) , you need to have minimum aggregate of 50% marks in your 12th standard.
