NEEt admit card.                                                          4.  Seat allotment letter from state CET cell.               5. Aadhar card Photocopy.                                             6.  a) BDS passing      or.                                                      b) BDS degree certificate of qualifying                                 examination.                                                       7.    University intership completion certificate.          8  .   Valid permanent registration certificate                         received by  state Dental  council   and                         renewal  receipt .                                               9.    Caste  certificate ( if applicable ).                           10.   Caste validity certificate ( if applicable ).             11.  Non - creamy layer certificate for VJ,NT,OBC                  SBC, SEBC ( if applicable ) .                                   12. Income certificate SC ,EWS ( if applicable ).           13.  EWS certificate ( if applicable ).                                14.  Leaving certificate  Or transfer certificate.            15 .  Migration certificate.                                              16.  Self -education gap affidavit by student                          certified  by exicutive  megistrate.                      17.  Medical fitness certificate.                                      18.   Certificate by the Dean of concerned college.     19 .
