If you are trying to seek benefits of your domicile then you should apply under state quota as it has 85% with it whereas with all I did there is only 15% quota so according to that cutoff is lower under state counseling as compared to all India counseling hence increasi g your chances of getting a seat under state quota . So for benefits of your domicile it's better to apply under state counseling rather than applying for college of same state under all India counseling.
