Considering previous year's statistics and your rank, there is very less chance of you getting NIT. However, you can try for lower NITs (Not sure about the branch though). 

Fill the list as you want it to be, because the counselling process can be at times be very unpredictable.

With a rank of 8363 through SC category in jee mains you can easily get NIT or iiit colleges. You will not get admission in core branches such as CSE, E&C with this rank but you will get admission in other branches such as mechanical engineering, E&E, Metallurgical engineering, Civil Engineering and so on. You can also get admission in IIIT such as IIIT Hyderabad, IIIT Delhi, IIIT Bangalore and others. You can also get admission in various state colleges where jee main percentile is considered for admission such as BITS, MIIT, SCIT, Amity university, Thapar university and so on.
