As you are from Telangana you can apply under state quota of Telangana to get government and private medical seat in Telangana. You cannot apply through Andhra Pradesh state quota to get government and private medical seat in Andhra Pradesh. If you want to take admission in medical colleges of Andhra Pradesh then you need to apply through All India quota. Through All India quota you will be able to get seat in only government medical colleges of Andhra Pradesh.
