Sir, I am from telangana , and I applied in telangana under state quota for neet, can I also apply in andhra pradesh for state quota , bcz 15% from telangana have reservation in andhra pradesh, MY DOUBT IS CAN I APPLY FOR BOTH THE STATES ?

Both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh are now completely separated states, there will be different domicile certificates for both the states.
So according to me, you cannot apply for state counselling for Andhra Pradesh until and unless you have Andhra Pradesh domicile certificate.
If you are having the certificate then you will definitely apply for it.
