Even if you will be non local to that place even though he gets the PG seat in Karnataka, you haveto put that as the local option and provide the correct documents like birth place n stuff,

My domicile is from Telangana, so I can provide the place of birth certificate from Telangana.so I will be non local to Karnatakamy pg entrance for Karnataka, though I completed MBBS from Karnataka. And since I did not do my MBBS from Telangana I will be non local to Telangana for pg entrance.
