Caste certificate is accepted nationally. There is no such thing that the caste certificate from one state will not be valid in another state.

Apart from that UPSC is a national body and it doesn't reject caste certificate on the basis of the location of the candidate.

As far as you don't have the caste certificate of the category which is only applicable in Kerala, you are good to go.

So I don't think it should impose any problem to you at the time of form filling.
