Of the two universities mentioned by you it is suggested to go for GGSIPU particularly for undergraduate BBA course.GGSIPU has been rated and ranked higher than ICFAI by all the major rating agencies.

GGSIPU have more than 20 constituent colleges for this particular course. It is a state university under The delhi State Government. With student friendly campuses and well equipped facilities make it a popular choice among BBA aspirants.  It has much affordable fees than many private owned universities. Placements here averagely vary between 4-7 laks per annum.

There are always perks of studying in a state university over private university. The final desission should be yours.
