Dear,

Surely, if a question is given as bonus in JEE Main, then bonus marks will be given to all the students. It doesn't depend on weather you attempted that question or not. Marks will be awarded to everyone because some student leave the particular question because of negative marking in examination like JEE-main/JEE advance.
