I got 5 as the answer for a particular question in jee mains integer type question, but NTA has given it as 5.00,Will I be awarded marks or not?

Yes you will be awarded marks for the question as you have answered "5" in it. The answer provided by NATA is also "5.00".
If the there would be any values after the the decimal point, then you might have been marked wrong. But since 5.00 has not decimal values, your answer is correct.
As a science student, please always keep in mind to always mention atleast two digits of values after the decimal point. Even if the answer is an integer as in your case it's 5 but try to mention 5.00. this will always keep you in the safe side.
