Are you trying to say that ther is 4 years gap between you 10th and 12th class ? 

If yes then the gap between your school years doesnt matter . You just need to have proper score in 12th i.e.  50% for general or unreserved category and 40% for obc/sc and st .

So my friend you are eligible for applying for NEET . Dont worry
